"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. All who rage against you will surely be ashamed and disgraced; those who oppose you will be as nothing and perish." (Isaiah 41:10-11)

TRUST God. OBEY God. Feel Confident.

TRUST God. OBEY God. Feel confident.

Although I'm Roman Catholic, I enjoy watching DR Charles F. Stanley on FOX television every Sunday at 0800. He is the senior pastor of First Baptist Church in Atlanta Georga USA. In addition, he is the founder of "InTouch Ministries" and the Charles Stanley Institute for Christian Living. He is a great speaker on television.

DR Charles F. Stanley has promulgated the most practical advice that I've ever heard in my life. His wise counsel makes great sense because it acknowledges implicitly the severe limitations of being human.

1. Obey God.

2. Leave all the consequences to Him.

If you try to follow these two principles, then your life will be much more meaningful. These two principles are not complicated. That's why they are so powerful. One could express the idea another way.

TRUST God.

OBEY God.

Feel confident.

God loves every one of us in spite of our stupidity, obstinacy, and hubris. Like Saint Paul on the road to Damascus, we will be knocked off a galloping horse whenever God demands our UNDIVIDED ATTENTION. Whenever you begin to drift in your life, God is going to ask you the following question: "Which part of OBEY didn't you understand?"

TRUST God. OBEY God. Feel confident.
